In December 2014 we were awarded an engineering and build contract to equip half of Floor 2 of GSC with Powering the Future. This gallery focuses on the science and technology used to supply energy in Scotland and the UK and highlights key issues that society is likely to face in the not too distant future. It is the most ambitious exhibition of its kind in the UK. To develop the exhibition, scientists from Glasgow Science Centre gathered support from across the energy sector, united by a shared desire to engage the public in the energy debate. Powering the Future was opened to the public on December 10, 2015.

Around four years later we were then entrusted with the engineering and build of portable, interactive exhibits integrated compactly into robust cases – so-called Science Kits – for the Centre‘s Powering the Future on Tour outreach programme. Since beginning of the year 2019 the new Kits are in use.
