Within this year's Blue Night in Nuremberg and it's theme "High-flyers", the Lorenz Church with the Adam Kraft aumbry set a glamorizing accent. The delicate masterpiece, completed in 1496, is more than 20 meters high and thus draws the spectators eyes upward, toward the heavenly arch of the Lorenz chancel. The “striving upward” emotion was highlighted by two installations: an acoustic, a Shepard-Risset-Glissando with a permanent rising tone, and a visual one, a projection of a Barber-Pole-Illusion, which was developed and arranged by Hüttinger.
