Back in the summer of 2013 we were awarded the contract for the conceptual design of TouchScience@M!ND, a new department within the M!ND Center at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. In November of the same year, we were then awarded to design&build the entire gallery, on the basis of the developed concept. TouchScience@M!ND makes science tangible: one can kick atoms like footballs, see his own heart beating, investigate the very core of various objects by using computer tomography or riding the "Einstein bike" with the speed of light. Covering a floor space of 350 sqm the interactives within TouchScience@M!ND provide many opportunities to make science more understandable and easy to grasp.
