Wonderlab: The Bramall Gallery is a ground-breaking interactive gallery exploring the how, what and why that underpin the creation of the railways. In the 1,500 m² gallery, families will explore interactive exhibits together and challenge themselves to think like engineers. This unmissable experience fuels imagination, sparks curiosity and inspires visitors to see the museum's collections in new and exciting ways. The space features 18 interactive exhibits with an engineering, science and railway theme. We were contracted to design and build the Vibration Platform, the Route Finder, the Great Machine and the Interactive Sandpit table for this exhibition. The National Railway Museum’s largest ever family-focused visitor experience named Wonderlab: The Bramall Gallery was opened on July 27, 2023.
